First of all, apologies if anything is wrong with this post.
I am relatively new to programming so some ideas and inspiration is much appreciated.

I am creating an application in VB 2005 which will allow me to search and browse a picture library. I am looking at creating a watermark effect as each picture is displayed. Does anyone have any ideas or ways in which this can be achieved easily? Methods do not have to be technically correct, as this is a small part of the program, I am more concerned with the desired effect rather than technicality. I've experimented with overlapping picture boxes hoping for a way but no joy.
