I gave ~15 Windows Live Messenger invitations on my blog at Geekshout.com. But then when I was all out of invites, I still got 50 more requests from people. Now I got 3 more but who should I give them to? The people who posted first (probably they got an invitation in the meanwhile) or the ones who posted last?

You don't need an invitation any more. Windows Live Messenger has been available to general public since quite a while. You simply need to download & install.
