I don't know about you, but I'm into Microsoft products, so I like to visit websites related to Microsoft products (Windows Vista, Windows Vienna, Visual Studio, etc.). Currently I visit only two (which are run by Microsoft):
http://channel9.msdn.com - you are probably already familiar with this one; you can talk with Microsoft employees about new features for their products, bugs, news, or with other tech enthusiasts. That, if you ignore the people (kids?) who think it's cool to hate Microsoft and start opening topics about how their Macs or Linux boxes are so great.
They also have hundreds of videos, interviews with Microsoft employees.
http://www.hive.net - this one's mainly for community leaders. It's less visited compared to Channel 9, but from time to time it has some good screenshots and videos of new products, and interesting discussions going on in the forums.
There's also blogs.msdn.com which I'm sure you all know of. Aside from the websites that are run by MS, there are plenty others run by independent persons. See Bink.nu, WinBeta, ActiveWin, etc.
