Hi. Pretty long time I'm lookign closely to the www.geekpedia.com. I like this forum. I'm not sure is the "General Chat" right category , but I really need the answer. #4 Can an universal charger damage my copmuter? My charger that came with my hp pavillion laptop died on me early last year so i brought a new hp charger on ebay. However unfortunately that died just this week. So of course i have to replace it, this time though I've decided that maybe instead of buying one on ebay (all of the ones that i can find that can be used with my laptop are questionable in terms of their authhenticity) that maybee i should just buy a universal charger in sttores. However a long time ago i remember reading that universal chargers can sometimes damage yourlaptop. is that true??
